We were impressed that we had a signed contract within one week of the “For Sale” sign being placed in our yard! Venus’ advice about pricing paid off.
Venus was also very helpful and patient with us during the time it took to prepare our house for the market (months!). We appreciated her caring but not overly “pushing” us with the decisions only we could make.
