Venus told me exactly what needed to be done in order to sell the property and was more than patient in waiting for me to execute her recommendations. When it came time to list the property, it was expertly handled by Venus and her staff. Negotiations with buyers were handled to my benefit and the sale was quick and easy. I wholeheartedly recommend Venus and her team.
